Government, Admarc differ on PTA bank’s Letter of Credit | The Times Group: "Minister of Finance, Economic Planning and Development, Goodall Gondwe, has disclosed that grain marketer, the Agricultural Development and Marketing Corporation (Admarc), has to pay more than K1 billion to the Eastern and Southern African Development (PTA Bank) for the Letter of Credit the bank issued to Admarc."
