Sovereign starts PFS at Malingunde graphite project | Finfeed.com: "Sovereign Metals Limited (ASX:SVM) today announced it had commenced the Pre-feasibility Study for the low-cost Malingunde saprolite-hosted graphite project in Malawi.

The PFS is intended to build on the promising results that came from the recently completed Scoping Study. That study provided further evidence of the project’s potential to become a very low cost operating mine, producing an annual graphite concentrate production of ~44,000 tonnes over an initial 17 years."

US house warms to Mkango after PFS update - Proactiveinvestors (UK): "Rare earth explorer Mkango (CVE:MKA) is worth C15c per share after its updated pre-feasibility study for Songwe Hill in Malawi, according to mining house Hallgarten. An offtake agreement is now the one missing piece in the puzzle for the explorer, said the US broker. It will need this to fund the US$216mln upfront required to take Songwe Hill into production, though Hallgarten added Mkango already has one of the strongest group of institutional/core shareholders it has seen in a rare earths explorer"
