The Reserve Bank of Malawi (RBM) said Thursday that the country’s official foreign reserves continue its upward trend, rising to US$608 million last week from US$586.11 million at the end of December 2014.The central bank said in a statement issued on Thursday that the figure consolidates a three months of import cover which is the internationally recommended threshold."
