A stout French-Canadian, Dominique Blanchard, 41, is on leave and decides visiting Malawi after being tipped by a friend at home [Canada] who had visited Malawi earlier that this southern African nation is rich in tourist attraction centres and heritage. Blanchard, a social scientist then decides to travel from his home town of Quebec situated about 480 Km from one of Canada's big cities, Montreal through connection flights to visit Malawi to explore the southern African state's beautiful sceneries and social heritage."
