AfDB Approves U.S.$ 17.5 Million Budget Support for Malawi

Tunis — The Board of Directors of the African Development Fund (ADF), the concessional window of the African Development Bank (AfDB) Group, approved on Wednesday, 7 April 2010 in Tunis a US $ 17.5 million (UA 11.5 million) grant to assist the Malawian government in implementing its Growth and Development Strategy aimed at reducing poverty.
