In exercise of the powers conferred upon the president by section 92(1) as read with section 94(1) of the Constitution of the Republic of Malawi, it has pleased His Excellency Professor Arthur Peter Mutharika, President of the Republic of Malawi, to appoint the following additional members of the cabinet with effect from 22nd June, 2014."
